We offer an 11 module course for completion online at a speed that is suitable for each individual. As an option this can be backed up with a one day face-to-face refresher and reinforcement course after delegates have completed all 11 modules online.
Alternatively, we conduct a two day in-house course with only modules 1, 2 & 3 completed online in advance, while modules 4-11 are covered during the course. Where feasible these two days are tailored to addressing key issues facing the client's sales personnel and challenges posed by their markets.
At Limelight we seek to gain the active co-operation of our clients' management to ensure that delegates complete each module within the time-scale agreed and that self-assessment tasks are sent to us for expert commentary as arising per module and within defined time limits.
